Our client recognized a growing need in the property industry: the problem of marketing and showcasing properties before they were built. Traditional 2D plans and static photos often fail to do justice to the promise of a development, making it harder for buyers to visualize space and investors to market unique selling points. Driven by the vision of making it increasingly interactive and immersive, the client wished to create a platform whereby property investors can configure whole projects and customers can find and customize houses in real time. In order to bridge the gap between buyers and investors, this solution presents an engaging, accurate, and high-fidelity digital experience.
It was our responsibility to come up with the entire platform from scratch, admin dashboard and the website. The platform needed to offer admins full control of development settings — setting house types, unit naming, and managing interior options — while simultaneously enabling investors to get a immersive 3D experience in which they could roam and customize properties in real-time. In addition to the main purpose, the platform had to provide smooth, responsive browsing and real-time interaction across devices to ensure a seamless experience for all.
Technically, the answer needed to be very scalable to accommodate many projects, more users, and a wide variety of property types, without any impact on performance or graphic quality. The question was to create a comprehensive, sophisticated, and visually appealing system that marries complex backend management with a polished frontend experience, ultimately transforming how investors interact with real estate projects.
We developed a flexible and scalable frontend and backend that gives property managers full control of project setup, house naming, house types, and internal layouts. On the client side, users engage with a 3D experience where they navigate developments in free-roaming mode and configure homes in real time.
The interface was crafted to integrate with the 3D environment flawlessly, providing an intuitive and smooth UX. The architecture is also amenable to adding new projects and customization easily, making it scalable in the future. Admins can effectively manage projects, and buyers have a very interactive, visually stimulating environment that brings off-plan properties to life.
